Born in Ardeşen, Adem Genç gained admission to Gazi Institute of Education Department
of Painting in 1962. In 1968, he went to England where he studied art at Bournemouth
College of Art. The artist earned his MA degree in Saint Martins School of Art. He worked
as a faculty member at DEU (Dokuz Eylül University) GSF (Faculty of Fine Arts). He has won
numerous awards so far.
Ardeşen’de doğdu. 62’de Gazi Eğ. Ens. Resim-İş Bölümüne girdi. 69’da İngiltere’ye gitti.
Bournemouth College of Art’da eğitim gördü, Saint Martins School of Art’da yüksek
lisans yaptı. DEÜ GSF’DE öğretim üyeliği yaptı.Çok sayıda ödülü bulunmaktadır.
